As Mabilya, we offer your custom designed furniture in accordance with consumer rights. In the orders you place electronically through our website, you are deemed to have accepted the preliminary information form and the distance sales contract. Our customers are subject to the Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and Distance Contracts Regulation (RG: 27.11.2014 / 29188) and other legal regulations regarding product sales and delivery.

Cargo fees including the delivery costs of your product are covered by us. Purchased products are delivered to the specified address within 30-45 days from the date of delivery in a complete and qualified manner. If the product is not delivered within this period, our customers can terminate the contract.

PRODUCT DELIVERY AND QUALITY:

Each product you purchase must be delivered to the specified address in full and in accordance with the specified specifications. Our products are delivered with documents such as warranty certificate and user manual, if any.

If the sale of the purchased product becomes impossible, as a seller, we are obliged to notify the customer in writing within 3 days from the moment we learn of this situation. In this case, the total amount paid within 14 days will be refunded to the customer.

PAYMENT AND DEFAULT:

If you do not pay for your purchase or your payment is canceled, our obligation to deliver the product ends.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:

Our customers can exercise their right of withdrawal for custom designed furniture products within 14 days. In order to exercise this right, we must be notified within 14 days from the delivery date of the purchased product. For products returned within the right of withdrawal period, our customers do not have any legal or criminal liability.

EXERCISE OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:

In exercising the right of withdrawal, our customers must notify us in writing within 14 days. The products to be returned must be returned complete and undamaged together with the invoice, return form, box, packaging and standard accessories, if any.

RETURN CONDITIONS:

In case of exercising the right of withdrawal, the seller shall refund the product price to the customer within 14 days. If there is a decrease due to the fault of the customer during the return of the product or if the return becomes impossible, the customer is obliged to compensate the damage in proportion to the fault. Shipping and transportation costs arising from the return process belong to the customer.

PRODUCTS THAT CANNOT USE THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:

Among the products that cannot be used the right of withdrawal, there are products that are prepared by special request and cannot be returned. Cosmetics and personal care products, underwear products, disposable products, unpackaged products, personalized products, special production goods and similar products are not covered by the right of withdrawal.
